Shipping
While I can’t take any responsibility of what happens to your parcel during transit, I go above and beyond to ensure your artwork survives its journey and arrives to you safely.
I carefully packaged each artwork personally, using heavy grade cardboard boxing and protective bubble wrap.
Items will be shipped by Australia Post.
Please note all postal services are experiencing a high volume of shipments and there may be delays.
I have endeavoured to provide the most cost effective, efficient postal service but if you have any concerns about shipping just get in touch before completing your order.
Returns and refunds
Purchases may be eligible to be returned, replaced, exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase, if the artwork is damaged or defective.
If your order has been damaged during shipping or delivery, please include photos of the package as it has arrived, before unwrapping, so that I can evaluate where the issue occurred (for example from poor packaging or delivery provider mishandling).
Exchanges, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind. Sorry.
Please ensure you check your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if there are any issues.

Include a photo of the item showing the damage or issue, plus your order number.
If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a replacement, exchange or refund will not be accepted.
Once I have received your item and confirmed the damage or issue, I will let you know if the refund or exchange is approved.
If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method, less postage costs.
