I feel I have been creatively, yet quietly, expressing myself throughout my entire life. I’ve channelled this artistic longing in my style, personality and outlook on life, as well as in my career of fashion and hospitality — always bringing colour, energy, humour and buoyancy to work.

During lockdown, I found myself unable to suppress my creativity. I literally blew a side valve thinking about it so I just started drawing. I began to dabble with a pen and paper. I found myself on a quest of inspiration and colour. It awoke my creative self. It was the beginning of a brave new artistic path.

The freedom I feel when I create art is amazing. I love expressing myself with the vibrancy of colour. Art unleashes my vivid imagination. I run wild. I create wondrous stories. I soar in colour. I am at my best being bold.

BraveArt Studios represents that very small moment in time, just as I’m about to create, where I pause and I found I need to be brave and just go for it!
